    Hey guys!

I was wondering how you take pictures from your knifes? Could you share your progress and your set up?

    Thanks :D

funnily enough, just been taking lots of photos for the new website. (You can see them at chopknives.com)

I use a cheap photo tent from Amazon an spit it next to a bright window. I used to use a super fancy Nikon SLR but I now just use my iPhone.

I sometimes drop the image into photoshop to clean up backgrounds if necessary.

I take all mine inside my workshop or in the garden. I find my iphone takes great pictures and lets me upload really quickly. Overcast days in the garden are the best and heavy shaddws can cause problems. I usually just move some mess in the workshop and use whatever scraps and dust are left for a bit of atmosphere. Super basic but I like what I achieve. Have a look https://www.instagram.com/swiftknivesuk/
