    Hey everyone! I'm a full-time chocolatier and an aspiring knifemaker from Kansas City, Missouri. I did a little blacksmithing with my dad years ago, but don't consider myself a blacksmith much at all. I've been in the culinary profession for over 20 years now and want to make some knives. I've been working on my shop to start making some knives, but I am having issues finding the time with a 4 year old and a 6 month old at home. In the meantime I'm listening to the podcast and learning as much as I can about the trade. I love the community feel here and look forward to being as involved as I can.
